MAD ET LEN
MAD ET LEN was born in an atelier in Saint-Julien-du-Verdon, a small village in the south of France where time passes slowly.
The brand name MAD ET LEN is derived from the French baked confectionery "Madeleine." In Marcel Proust's "In Search of Lost Time," there is an episode in which eating a Madeleine (written as mad.len in the text) dipped in tea brings back memories of the past. This famous scene gave rise to the term "Proust effect," in which the recollection of memories and emotions from a moment in time is triggered by taste or smell, and "memory" is the foundation of our fragrance creations .

Scent (perfume)
The natural surroundings of our Southern French atelier are our source of inspiration. The limited materials we can only encounter at this time inspire us with refined ideas. We work in dialogue with seasonal ingredients in harmony with the rhythms of nature, focusing on simplicity and delicately blending fragrances using traditional apothecary techniques. We reject paraffin, other petroleum-based ingredients, and CMR molecules. Our story-like fragrances express a world of depth.

Object (vessel/object)
The company values the fact that all of its vessels and objects are made from rolled steel, without relying on technology, and by making full use of the techniques passed down through the generations of its artisans. They are not mass-produced, but are each handcrafted, and the delicate texture, unevenness, and curved distortion of the surface are inscribed with the thought behind the creation. Their artistic appearance is a cross between a rugged, solid feel and delicate delicacy. Their appearance changes over time, evoking an imperfect, decadent beauty.

Free shipping for orders over 33,000 yen (tax included) per delivery address, and free shipping for orders over 44,000 yen (tax included) in Okinawa Prefecture.

Orders are shipped from Osaka City, Japan, with trackable shipping, shipping costs range from ¥880 to ¥6,500 for domestic delivery (prices vary depending on order volume), and are usually shipped within 5 business days. Exact prices are listed on your order invoice.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

In case of defective product or delivery failure

If there is a problem with the product, such as a defective product, damage during delivery, or a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact online@visions.com within 3 days of receiving the product.

After checking the situation and the product, if we find that the product is defective, the delivery was incorrect, or the product is different from what you ordered, we will exchange or return the product. We will cover the shipping costs associated with the return. If you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount via the same credit card. Depending on the closing date of your contracted card company, the payment may be credited after the first withdrawal.
