About used items (characteristics of antique, vintage and used products)


The second-hand items we sell are several decades old, and some are even over 100 years old.
Due to use, there may be dirt, wear, deterioration, scratches, fraying, tears, cracks, chips, fading, rust, sun damage, and odors.
We have deadstock (unused new old stock) items that are like new, however, even unused items may have the above-mentioned conditions due to aging.
Please note that for second-hand and deadstock items, these conditions are different from "defective items."

The condition of each product is listed on the product detail page.
However, it is not possible to disclose all minor damage, condition, etc.
We cannot accept any complaints, returns or exchanges regarding the condition of any products purchased.
Please be aware of and agree to the above and give it careful consideration before placing your order.

About the products featured in the LOOKBOOK


Some of the products introduced in the LOOKBOOK do not have prices listed due to the brand's wishes, and some items cannot be sold online.
The above products are available in store or via enquiry.

Shipping fees are the same as for our online store.

    The products listed are in stock at our stores and are sold simultaneously.
    Even if your order is confirmed on the online store, the item may not be in stock.
    In that case, we will contact you by email within 2 business days (excluding holidays). Thank you for your understanding.

      • There may be errors due to the characteristics, shape, and measurement method of the product. Please note that the measurements are only a guide and slight errors may occur.
      • If you require specific dimensions, please contact us before purchasing.






      Cancellation Policy


      • Please notify us before the shipping procedure begins.
      • We cannot accept cancellations after your package has been prepared for shipping.
      • Please note that you will be responsible for all fees incurred at the time of payment or refund due to cancellation.






      About gift wrapping


      • A gift wrapping fee of 500 yen will be charged for each item ordered.

      • If you would like individual gift wrapping, please place the required number of items in your cart along with the items you wish to have gift wrapped.
      • Gift wrapping is available for items up to shipping size 100.
      • For furniture, large items, special packaging items, etc., please add a "Gift wrapping not available"If this sign is displayed, the service is not available.
      • Generally, each item will be individually wrapped, but we may be able to combine small, non-fragile items.
        If you would like multiple gift wrapping, please contact us by filling in the details in the "Notes" field on the order screen or the "Notes" field on the cart screen with how you would like to combine the items.
      • We cannot accept requests for specific types, colors, or sizes of packaging materials to be used. Please note that the final packaging will be left to our discretion.
      • You can also have your gift sent directly to the recipient.
        If you wish to do so, please write it in the "Notes" section on the order screen or the "Notes" section on the cart screen.
      • Price-reduced items are not eligible for gift wrapping.
      • We do not provide gift wrapping or gift messages.






      Issuing receipts


      • If you require a receipt, please enter your receipt request, recipient's name, and any notes in the "Notes" field on the register screen.
        The receipt will be sent together with the product.
      • When paying by credit card or mobile payment
        Please use the credit card statement issued by your credit card company.
        In the case of credit card or mobile payment, we are unable to issue receipts as this is a contract between you and the credit card company used.
