In case of defective product or delivery failure

  • After checking the situation and the product, if we find that the product is defective, the delivery was incorrect, or the product is different from what you ordered, we will exchange or return the product.
  • We will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
  • If you pay by credit card, the refund will be made via the same credit card. Depending on the closing date of your card company, the amount may be debited once before the payment is credited.
  • When returning or exchanging a product, we will need the defective product and the original box or packaging used when it was delivered. If the box or packaging is discarded, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.

      • Damaged product packaging, products without tags or accessories
      • Ordered items (including products that have been modified or remodeled upon request)
      • Detergents, cosmetics, food, discounted products
      • Hygiene products that come into direct contact with the skin (including accessories)
      • Products purchased in store
      • Products that have been delivered more than 3 days ago

      Antique, second-hand and deadstock items may have scratches, stains or fading due to the nature of the product, but this does not mean that the item is defective.

      Return & Exchange for Overseas


      [For damaged, defective or incorrect products]

      Please contact us within 3 days after receiving your item. If the circumstances meet the following criteria, we will refund the return or exchange your item:

      • Request within 3 days of delivery date
      • Unused, unwashed items only (indoor fittings only)
      • All tags and accessories are included (without rips, damages, etc.)
      • You will need to send back with one of the following : delivery note or receipt
      • Items without any other changes/evidence of being used including stains, rips, wear and unnatural affects
      *EMS Express Mail Service is Insurance mail. If you receive damaged items, please contact to your nearest delivery post office immediately.

      We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrect from your order.
      Unacceptable case of refund and exchange:

      • The purchaser's personal preferences
      • Used items (Antiques, Vintage items, Dead stock items)
      • An item that seems to be already used (Drop, Break, Blot)
      • Returned items without any notification
      • More than 3 days passed after the arrival of items
      • Discounted items, Price down items
      • Damaged package, no warranty, no instruction manual
      • Made-to-order items
      • Other items which are applied to unacceptable items for return on the posted page
      *Due to the different settings on individual monitors and screens, the actual color and image of the product may differ slightly. Please understand in this case the item will not be accepted as defective.
