About delivery methods and shipping fees
Per delivery destination Free shipping on orders over 33,000 yen (tax included).
*Furniture, large items, and items with special packaging are excluded.
* Free shipping does not apply to Okinawa and remote islands. Shipping will be calculated after your order is placed. Thank you for your understanding.
- The shipping size is determined based on the size, weight, and risk of damage during shipping. Some items may be labeled as large even if they are small. Thank you for your understanding.
- For furniture, large items, items with special packaging, etc., please indicate "SHIPPING SIZE" on each product page.For items marked "Home Goods Delivery Service (formerly Yamato Home Goods Delivery Service)" and "Individual Delivery," shipping charges will apply regardless of purchase amount (not eligible for free shipping).
- Products marked "Individual Shipping" will be shipped individually, and we cannot ship multiple items together if you purchase multiple items.
- When purchasing multiple items, shipping costs are set to be calculated automatically, but there may be cases where the calculation is not correct depending on the item and quantity.
In that case, we will inform you of the correct shipping fee again, so customers paying by credit card are asked to complete their payment for the time being.
If there are any changes to the shipping fee, we will process the changes at a later date. - For products that can be packed together, the final packaging size will be calculated based on the number of items purchased, their weight, and the total dimensions of each item after packaging.
Therefore, the shipping fee may differ from the amount displayed on the register screen. In that case, we will contact you after placing your order to inform you of the exact shipping fee. - Shipping charges will be incurred for each order.We cannot combine orders if multiple orders are placed. Please place your order after consolidating your orders.
- Please check the product as soon as possible after it arrives. If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

About "Takkyubin" delivery (Shipping Size 60, 80, 100,120, 160, 200 )
- Shipping size of 200 or less is "Sagawa Express"or"Yamato Transport" will be delivered.
- We cannot accept requests to specify a shipping company. We will make a decision based on the shape of the product and its packaging.

- Please note that the shipping fee includes the cost of packaging materials, etc., to ensure the safe delivery of the product.
- We usually ship within 5 days after confirming payment (within 5 days from the order date for cash on delivery).
- If you would like your order to be delivered as soon as possible, please select "No Specification" for the desired delivery date and time displayed when placing your order.
- You can specify a delivery date from 7 days after the order date up to within 2 weeks.
Please note that we may not be able to fulfill your request if we are late in confirming your payment. Also, we cannot store your items for more than two weeks. - Depending on the region, shipping time, road traffic conditions on the day, etc., delays may occur, and delivery may take up to one week. Drop off in delivery box - "Delivery into a delivery box" is only available if a receipt or similar document is issued after the package is placed in the delivery box and the delivery person is able to receive a receipt.
Please note that if you are unable to receive a receipt, if the size does not fit, or if the delivery company determines there is a risk of theft, we may take the item back with us and leave a missed delivery notice. - Depending on the size of the product and your region, it may not be possible to specify a time zone. If we are unable to accommodate your desired date, we will contact you by email.

- For furniture, large items, specially packaged items, and other items that require special consideration, we use the Art Setting Delivery service.Home Goods Delivery" will be delivered.

- If you wish, Art Setting Delivery staff will unpack, set up, and collect the packaging materials. Installation of lighting fixtures and electrical work are not included.

- If your luggage does not fit into the elevator or pass through the front door, an additional fee may be charged.

International Shipping
- We provide worldwide service.
- For international customers, we offer EMS international shipment.
Transit time is approx 5-9 business days (depending on country destination). - Most orders will leave our store in 2-5 business days.
- Please note that customers will be responsible for any local charges at the delivery timing including customs, duties and VAT charges. Local charges are not included in our handling fees.
- We are not responsible for any lost or missing package in international airmail delivery.
- Given in any instance restrictions (the suspension of some of the international routes e.t.c...) due to the spread of COVID-19, unexpected shipping delays and may cancel orders.
