Email Troubleshooting

Regarding non-delivery of emails from us



Thank you for your continued use of VISIONS.

We usually respond to orders and inquiries by email within three business days (excluding regular holidays and special closing days).

If you do not receive an email from us after the above number of days has passed, it may have ended up in your spam folder.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the following items.







Customers who contacted us via PC

Depending on your email reception settings or if you are using a free email service (Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, etc.), our reply email may end up in your spam folder.
Please check the "Junk" and "Trash" folders in your computer's email software.
If you don't see it there, it may have been sorted into the spam folder on your mail server.
Please check the "spam folder" on your provider's mail server.
Also, depending on the mailbox capacity limit on the server, your inbox may not be able to accept new emails, or your trash may be full and you may not be able to receive emails.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check your inbox and trash.

If you have spam protection enabled, please use "@vision-s.comPlease unblock the domain ".
Please note that if you do not unsubscribe, you may not be able to receive communications from VISIONS.

Customers who contacted us via mobile phone

To prevent spam, an email reception filter may be set up by default.
If you do not receive a reply from us, or if you have spam filters set up, please add "@vision-s.comPlease add the domain " to your "Allow List."
*If you enter an email address, please check "Partial match".

Also, for some devices, the initial settings may be set to "reject" emails from PCs.
Please check your reception settings once again.



If you have not received a reply from us after configuring the above on both your PC and mobile phone, please contact us by phone (06.6222.1123).

Also, if there is an error in sending an email when we reply to you, we may contact you by phone to confirm. Thank you for your understanding.
