Free shipping for orders over 33,000 yen (tax included) per delivery address, and free shipping for orders over 44,000 yen (tax included) in Okinawa Prefecture.

Free shipping does not apply to furniture, large items, or items with special packaging. In addition, free shipping may not apply to remote islands, etc. Please note.

Orders are shipped from Osaka City, Japan, with trackable shipping, shipping costs range from ¥880 to ¥6,500 for domestic delivery (prices vary depending on order volume), and are usually shipped within 5 business days. Exact prices are listed on your order invoice.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

In case of defective product or delivery failure

If there is a problem with the product, such as a defective product, damage during delivery, or a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact online@visions.com within 3 days of receiving the product.

After checking the situation and the product, if we find that the product is defective, the delivery was incorrect, or the product is different from what you ordered, we will exchange or return the product. We will cover the shipping costs associated with the return. If you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount via the same credit card. Depending on the closing date of your contracted card company, the payment may be credited after the first withdrawal.

When returning or exchanging a product, we will need the defective product and the original box or packaging used when it was delivered. If the box or packaging is discarded, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.
